Captain Greg Brown is a lifelong resident of York, Maine and has been fishing its shores for most of his life. A passionate fisherman, he is happy to share his knowledge and experience with you.

Captain Greg’s love of fishing is no secret when you spend any amount of time with him. It takes no time to see the respect and love for the outdoors that dwells deep within his soul. The enthusiasm is infectious, and it is what makes a fishing charter with him fun and exciting. His energy is matched only by his kindness, patience and sincerity. Always an avid outdoorsman, Greg grew up fishing the rocky coast of Godfrey Cove in York, and with time and patience, became an amazing fisherman both inshore and offshore. In 2010, he decided to make his passion his work, and thus, G Cove Charters LLC was born.

In his free time, you will find Greg spending time with his wife Karen, and daughter Anna; as well as hunting, fishing, or anything that allows for time in nature. In the winter months, Greg enjoys  fishing in Jupiter, Florida; challenging himself each year to master a new species.

Captain Greg holds a USCG Master Captains license, is a Registered Maine Guide and a licensed Florida Charter Captain.
